Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure availability for all clients and to respect our scheduling commitments, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount, which will be charged to the card on file.
* No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file.
* By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
